These Payment Terms are to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Use issued by APESys. Any terms capitalized but not defined herein shall have the meaning provided to such terms in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
These Payment Terms apply to purchases made via our website. For users of our Services on app offerings available on the App Store or Play Store, please visit our website to manage your account. You may be additionally subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store or Play Store, as applicable.
By clicking the payment link, you will be redirected to a third-party website for online course fee payment. All payments made via the Platform shall be processed through this third-party website. APESys does not own or control this third-party website, and its contents are not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by APESys. We do not guarantee or take responsibility for any of the content, transactions, products, services, or other items offered through this third-party website. You access this site solely for the purpose of making the online payment of course fees, and any reliance on opinions, advice, statements, or information on the site is at your sole risk.
Payment methods available include credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI. Information on the security of these payment methods, along with any fees or charges, chargeback options (if any), will be provided by the third-party payment gateway provider. APESys, including its branches, employees, officers, staff, and associates, is not liable for:

- Unauthorized access to information provided by a user, including "hacking";
- Liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to incorrect details provided;
- Liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier or if the third-party wallet lacks sufficient funds;
- Circumstances beyond APESys’s control preventing the execution of the transaction.
APESys is not directly involved in the online payment process but uses a service provider. We are not responsible for any issues until the full payment is credited to our account.
Upon completing an online service, you will see a confirmation screen with the transaction details. It is your responsibility to verify that all information is correct. The transaction is binding once the confirmation screen is displayed. You should print the transaction confirmation for your records. APESys is not accountable for incorrect transactions due to inaccurate data entry or for data loss caused by factors outside of our control.
To make payments online, you must use valid payment card details, bank information, or third-party wallet details with sufficient funds or credit. By providing these details, you confirm that:
- You are legally authorized to provide and use the Payment Details;
- You are legally authorized to make payments using these details;
- Your actions do not violate any terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Payment Details or applicable law.
The payment receipt for completed transactions will be available on the Platform and sent to your registered email address.

Any changes or updates will be communicated to users, and by continuing to use the Platform or services, you agree to be bound by these changes.
